Child of the Indigo
About the Brand: Founded in 2011 child of the indigo has the intention of rebuilding the lost love of classic design. Our vision is to make quality timeless garments that shy away from the current over embellished product that is currently on the market today. At child of the indigo, we pride ourselves on being a premium denim and skate inspired lifestyle brand. Foremost we focus on modern fits, design, fabric, trim and wash to give an authentic appeal to our each and everyone of our products.
I definitely recommend heading over to their site and checking out the detail shots – this is a brand that looks like the predominately focus on men’s denim, but they did a stellar job impressing this girl with their women’s pair.
It’s pretty damn easy to tell that I liked these jeans – it shows in my expression. They hit all of my most important denim criteria: they’re comfortable, unique and have an amazing story behind them. And let’s not forget the most important part: they look awesome.
There’s only one big downside to these, and that is the fact that they’re hard to find. The brand doesn’t have an online store yet, and they’re only stocked at a handful of places. You can contact them via the website to buy a pair, though.

Inseam: 32″ (for someone of my height – 5’5 – it’s a great length for a small cuff like you see above)

Tell me what you think about these jeans in the comments – have you tried them out? Do you want to?
