White denim is one of the hardest styles to wear, which is why up until two years ago, I never even owned a pair. Now that I do, I absolutely see the allure (as well as the trouble – keeping them looking pristine is a big pain!) and would love to know how you wear your white jeans!
Here are some tips from past guest bloggers:
“Contrary to popular belief, white denim can be extremely flattering! Also contrary to popular belief—as I’m learning and struggling to accept—the age old fashion rule “don’t wear white after labor day” is, like, so 2 seasons ago.” – “How to Wear White Jeans After Labor Day,” Jen
“There are two major factors to consider when shopping for white jeans: fit and opacity. Whereas dark colors camouflage lumps and bumps, the wrong pair of white pants can amplify them. Find a pair that’s fitted, but not TOO tight, and in a slightly thicker denim that won’t become see-through in the wrong light.” “How to Wear White Jeans,” Jessica
“I have been gushing a lot lately about white denim. White cropped denim to be exact. Why? Well, because it is denim (duh). But also, because the crop in white seems like a white denim I can finally embrace.” – “Paula’s White Denim Review,” Paula
