New Denim Brand: DEVON Lookbook and Video for Spring 2011

by Jaime on January 29, 2011

After all that talk about Seattle plaid…

In collaboration with legendary denim/leather designer Agathas Blois, DEVON Denim collection offers artistic and never before seen product elements such as:

· patented-pending, showstopping “Signature Plaid bleedthrough design”.

· inspiration from the brand’s hot rod engineering (the DEVON brand also carried motorbikes among other offerings) and haute couture tailoring, resulting in pieces that offer functionality, movement, and rock-chic aesthetic.

I am super excited about this one because it’s so different. And plaid bleedthrough design? I’ve never heard of it before and I honestly think it works. It’s unique and fun and a little bit edgy… all the things you hope for in a new denim line.

Right now, the brand’s only available at DEVON’s flagship store and online at and the price points are $185-325. Not every pair has the plaid bleedthrough – some are just basic blues with a fit twist, and some even have a waxed coating (that looks a lot like leather) – so it’s a great mix of options.

Check out the shots (and a pretty gorgeous video, which has a small bit of nudity, so depending on where you are it may be NSFW) after the jump and share your thoughts!
