Hey guys! I’ve been dropping sneak peeks from the latest photo shoot on Twitter and Facebook (and if you’re friends with me on Facebook, you’ll notice that my profile picture has changed, too!), but I saved the best one for here.
All the shots will be popping up on the site soon, but I got a couple of previews from Brad and wanted to share them. They’re extremely denim-centric (I know what you’re thinking – “JP, you did something that’s denim-centric? NO WAY!” – and all I have to say to that is “Shut it.”), and we focused on three pairs: Denimocracy, Salsa Jeans and People’s Pride. There were a ton of shots taken of each, but after we finished, I pointed out a detail on the People’s Pride jeans that we’d overlooked: a little condom pocket on the back waistband and front zipper.
And, for the record? Don’t point that out unless you’re ready to show it. Just FYI.
So, one of the first shots I got back was of the front zipper pocket. This isn’t a great representation of the jeans themselves, but it does highlight the fun little addition. I’ve dropped it behind the jump because, while it’s totally, 100% suitable for work, you may not want to check it out if you have kids over your shoulder.
I think it’s a super fun shot and is just a great little teaser for all of the pictures coming down the pike. You guys will be SO excited to learn more about these brands… the pairs I tried were amazing, and I’m looking forward to sharing my experiences with them.
Share your thoughts in the comments, and go check out more of Brad’s work on his Photography website (it’s also his birthday, so feel free to tell him that he’s super old!). Enjoy the rest of your Sunday!
Love,
JP

Thanks! Peoples Pride Designer/CEO is “head over heels” about this photo – he is very HAPPY with it. We should definitely get some work done with your photographer. Love.
