You guys know that I predominately wear skinnies. I like the look, and I’ve gotten used to the way they work with all of my outfits.
But sometimes, you need to try something a little different!
I was a super lucky girl this week… not only did I finally get my hands on some of the new James Jeans, but we’ve also set up a few upcoming giveaways that you guys will love!
Most important though is definitely the new James Jeans. The pair I’m wearing above, the Reboot in Powder, is a skinny boot cut with a slub-like denim feel (very similar to my Red Engine Scarlett Bootcut jeans) and an amazing fit.
In true Seun Lim form, these babies are perfect. I couldn’t ask for anything else. For reference, I’m wearing a size 25 and the 8.75″ rise, while high, is actually ideal for the aesthetic and great for those of you who are a little bit hesitant to try a lower cut jean.
And, of course, the biggest highlight of all James Jeans? The back pocket!

I do normally wear a 25… this style has some give, so I’d go true and not size up.

I ordered a pair on bluefly.com after reading this review just now! How lightweight/thin are these jeans? I am traveling to Asia over the summer and I hear it’s very humid and hot there.. Would you say they are light and breathable enough to wear in such weather? Thanks for a great review, they truly look awesome on you!!! X
