Denim Philanthropy: indiDenim’s Buy One, Give Back Promotion

by Jaime on March 18, 2010

Joining the class of some other amazing denim brands who have decided to give back on a big scale, indidenim is doing something great! Here’s what they had to share:

indiDenim (www.indidenim.com), today’s leading online custom denim destination for men and women, is celebrating Women’s month and giving back to local women’s charity, A Safe Place (www.asafeplacedvs.org), a shelter and resource center for abused women and children in the Oakland area.

From March 15th – April 20th, indiDenim will donate a pair of jeans to A Safe Place for every pair purchased online!

“It feels good to celebrate Women’s month with our consumers and have the opportunity to support women in need,” said Marybeth Luber, CEO, indiCustom. “I hope this donation helps get the word out about what amazing work A Safe Place does for women, and encourages others to get involved with the organization.”

I’ve never tried a pair of indiDenim jeans before (I’ve gone through the process, so I know some of the options that they have available), but this one-of-a-kind idea is something that might just be the solution for those of you who can’t seem to find that perfect pair. If you own a pair of indiDenim – or have tried them before – leave some comments to help out possible buyers! These jeans made just for you start at $145 for women and men… and they offer almost every customizable option imaginable! I have heard that they take a couple of weeks to arrive, but since they’re each made specifically to your sizing, that seems like a small setback for the perfect pair… especially since they do free returns if you don’t love them!

If you’re in the market for a new pair of jeans, shop and make a difference with your denim!

Love,
JP
