I'm so excited to share the H.A 67 lookbook with you guys!
This vintage-inspired line is a throwback to the Summer of Love (1967) when the Haight Ashbury (where the H.A in the brand name comes from) was the height (no pun intended) of social and stylistic expression. Here's the brand bio:
HA-67 is a contemporary line with a true vintage spirit. After much success in Europe and Japan, HA-67 has now opened its doors to the USA, as it is now designed and produced in Los Angeles, California. Michael Mechaly the former brand president for Sacred Blue and Coil denim is the proud founder and designer of HA-67. At Jeans.com we were very impressed by Michael knowledge of his products, the workmanship of the denim, as well as the comfortable fit. This brand will make a name for itself in the denim world by pure word of mouth.
Check out these images, guys.
First thing's first: how FABULOUS do these jeans look on the models? I know, I know, they're models... but they just look really flattering. I like the potassium wash on the guy's jeans (the fading on the front of the thighs) and the 60's/70's boho-sexy look.
What do you think about this line? Would you wear these pieces (the line runs from $99 to $125, so it's pretty damn affordable)... and how would you style them? To see all the pairs (and their names), head over to the H.A 67 website!
Love,
JP
