As if I needed to be reminded, once again, that living in Colorado is vaguely disappointing, Celia from Sicka Than Average posted this amazing review of what I can only call a veritable plethora of denim trends and styles. Here's her mini-review, exclusively for DenimDebutante.com:

For Spring/Summer 2010, Hudson Jeans found inspiration in everything from combat-ready apparel to the eco-friendly practice of recycling fabrics, launching four high-end capsule collections, each with an overriding theme. 

These collections consist of: Resurrection, a range of one-of-a-kind styles made with unused denim scraps sewn together; Subversion, a collection of military-inspired pieces with cargo pockets, Army green denim, and other Army motifs; DIY, a range of denim styles that look as if they’d been altered and customized for maximum comfort; and Minimalist, a no-fuss collection with pieces that pay homage to the natural beauty and durability of denim. The DIY collection is particularly funky, with button-fly jeans featuring cool details like cut-out waistbands.
