Bishop of Seventh Fall/Winter 2009

by Jaime on August 20, 2009

Known for their attention to detail (as well as some gorgeous, figure-flattering options), Bishop of Seventh is a brand that flies under the radar but deserves to be center stage. I like the simple elegance that they offer the wearer… not gaudy and overdone, but still a detailed piece. Clearly, I need to add these to my ridiculous collection.

Sadly, they seem to all run at 35″ inseams (which sucks for those super-cute trouser cuts), but this detail is the one I find most intriguing:

We take extra care to put details into our jeans that make Bishop jeans stand out from other premium denim brands. Found in high-end trousers, we insert a curtain waistband into all our jeans so that it prevents the waistband from stretching out. All our jeans have a welt pocket above the back pocket. This small detail makes it easier for you to dress up your jeans to go out at night.

Would you wear these jeans?
